AARP Driver Safety Program
A Driver Refresher class is to be held at the Verona Community Center, 880 Bloomfield Ave. The class will be taught by a trained AARP Driver Safety Program volunteer, Bill Keenan.

Dates for the class are October 12 and 14. Participants must attend both days and class hours are from 9:00AM to12:30PM.

Participants will receive a completion certificate to send to their insurance carrier to apply for a premium reduction for 3 years. Individuals should contact their insurance carrier before registering to determine specifically how their carrier recognizes the completion of a ‘defensive driving’ class.

The fee for the course is $12.00 for AARP members and $14.00 for non-members, payable when registering. Pre-registration is necessary and class size is limited. Checks should be made out to AARP (NO CASH).

Call Bill Keenan at (973) 226-7046 to register.
