The ballroom holds comfortably 90 people when tables and chairs are in use. Without tables and chairs, the occupancy is 250.

Yes, there is an additional charge for non-Verona residents. In addition, the full balance of the booking must be paid within 48 hours of reservation for non-Verona residents.

Yes, decorations are allowed in the ballroom and small party room, but all decorations are subject to final approval by VCC staff. Confetti, inflatable jump houses, smoke/popcorn/cotton candy machines, as well as pinatas, are strictly prohibited inside and outside. Nothing may be tied to the chandeliers, and tape is only permitted on wallpaper, not on the painted walls.

Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the event will result in a refund minus a 20% service fee. The refund will be paid by Township voucher. Said refund must be requested in writing stating the reason for the cancellation. Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance will result in the loss of the entire deposit/rental fee paid.

Yes, renters have use of the kitchen. No cooking or serving utensils are provided. Renters must wipe down kitchen counters, tables and sinks. Kitchen must be completely clear at the end of the event. Nothing may be left for later pickup.

Beer and wine are permitted in the ballroom and small party room, but are strictly prohibited in all other areas, including all fields and in the gym.

Rentals include one (free) hour immediately before the event for set up and one (free) hour after the event for clean up. If additional time is required, the hourly fee for rental is charged at time of booking. Rentals must end by 11:00 pm on both Friday and Saturday, and 7:00 pm on Sundays. Renters, guests, and all party/event supplies must be completely removed from the rental site within one hour of the prearranged end time.
