Verona Township offers several classes for adults/seniors for a nominal fee.
Come join us for a specially designed adult exercise program with a certified trainer. This class is designed to help you stay active, strong and healthy. We will use resistance bands, light weights, balls and music to help during workouts. Exercise at your own pace using a chair. Each session will include a warm-up, leg exercises with resistance bands and an upper body workout for strength and core stability. This class is taught at a relaxed/moderate pace. Class size is limited.

Certified Trainer Paul Binder leads this class using exercises and body weight movements. This 12 week series will get you on the road to a fitter you, using light cardio, stretching and body toning. You can develop at your own pace with this small class setting that allows for individual attention. This is a class aimed at active adults who would like to increase their level of fitness.

Out-of-town residents are welcome, however, registration is one week later than in-town residents.
Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that is specifically designed for individuals who may have difficulty standing or balancing on the floor. It involves performing traditional yoga poses while seated in a chair.
