Building & Zoning

The Building Department oversees the issuance and inspections for all building, plumbing and fire permits. The Zoning Officer determines if proposed construction work to be done or use of buildings follows the township's zoning ordinance. A variance may be required and mist go before the Board of Adjustment for approval if code are not met.

Inspection Scheduling and Hours:

Please call the Building & Zoning office to schedule an inspection.
Permit #, job address and type of inspection will be required in order to schedule.

PLUMBING INSPECTOR:
PLUMBING INSPECTION HOURS: TUESDAY & THURSDAY 8:00 – 11:00AM
PHONE HOURS (not for scheduling inspections): TUESDAY & THURSDAY 7:00 – 7:45AM

ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR:
TUESDAY & THURSDAYS 8:00AM – 12 NOON

BUILDING INSPECTOR:
MONDAY – FRIDAY 9:30AM – 1:00PM

FIRE INSPECTOR:
TUESDAY & THURSDAY 9:30AM – 1:30PM

CONSTRUCTION OFFICIAL:
TUESDAY & THURSDAY 8:30AM – 12:30 PM
TANK REMOVAL/ABANDONMENT INSPECTIONS: TUESDAY & THURSDAY 9:30AM – 1:30PM
